Work Life Balance was good. Compensation was good. The provide free food to employees, probably a selling point for bachelors trying to save money.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Work culture isn't great. Yes Sir culture prevails. No perks, bad health benefits. Work is mostly on dated technologies. Very little to no scope to learn.

Not great. Petty managers and whimsical clients allow for very un ethical work practices

Salary Discussions, Hike & Promotions

My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
