Everything, no proper management and lot of politics. Mainly no work life balance, neither Saturday/Sunday you have to forget and work work work.... Especially don't talk to senior employees of the company they will play a good game, 2 or more faced persons, so be careful guys who wants to grow their carrier. Worse place to work in a single sentence.

No job sequrity,They will keep people on PIP and ask candidates to leave company by turning thir pip into negative,and they will update their rehire as NO Dirty politics in workplace which is a big negative here. PIP targets can't be achieved at any cost they will set target wich is not at all possible and make it to be a negative outcome.
