Role: Python Developer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Flask, Python, and asynchronous processing technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyse requirements, and ensure that the technical vision aligns with the project goals.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for maximum performance and responsiveness.
• Implement security and data protection measures to ensure the integrity of the applications and user data.
• Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency and maintain a competitive edge.
• Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and mentor junior developers to foster a collaborative and knowledge-sharing environment.
• Participate in agile methodologies and contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.
• Provide technical support and assistance to other team members and stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in web development and asynchronous processing.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Python development, with a strong focus on API development.
• Proficient in Python, Flask, and asynchronous programming techniques, such as async/await, threading, or multiprocessing.
• Strong understanding of web development concepts, including RESTful APIs, HTTP, and web security.
• Experience with databases, such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
