First of all don't join this company it is the worst company I have ever come accross. They don't treat you as employees but as daily wage labour. Work life balance is 0 as most of the day you need to extend extra hours and complete your work. Their salary date is between 15-20 of every month but your salary will come on 25th and som etimes next month so you cannot commit on anything with your salary and you will not get a single benefit apart from salary. Let me tell you they don't even have health insurance policy to the employees 😄<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. And during appraisal if you are lucky you will get 5-7% hike or its 500rs hike for everyone in the company</mark>. And at any point of time they will terminate you if you resist to be their slave. No team lunch no team outing here just do your work n get out. And the worst part is they charge $50 to complete your back ground verification if you don't pay it will come as BGV failed. Waste of time. There is no career growth here. They will assure you promotion but will never give you promotion. HR people are worst don't believe them if you're joining or while getting relieved.
