Since the work standards are very high, the work pressure is also high. The bureaucratic approach to every action takes long time to finish any task.

Work Details

The company is very dynamic and work environment very challenging. The challenge to provide safe working environment and at the same time achieve the production targets is worth facing. I had opportunities to expose myself to tough decisions at times.
