They play games internally against you for cost cutting and get all work done before hand and blame you for things you never did and then ask to resign. This company is finished now. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
