Utkarsh Small Finance Bank is a bank that takes great care of its employees along with its customers.I did not lack anything in this bank.When this new bank is formed, But is also emerging as a responsible bank.Whatever technical shortcomings, management is seen working on it.HR & admin here has less support, they will have to work on this issue.HR team said he has no time due to work load, so they are unable to help employees.This is a bad thing, everything else is good....Read More

Due to only 1 branch in Pune, I have to spend a lot of time here.Workload is high.And if I have to handle the whole team, there is a mess in the family life and the work life.

I’m working in Bangalore for last 9 years. Currently I got 2 offers. 1. CTS - Bangalore (CTC - 22.7 LPA) 2. Deloitte - Hyderabad (CTC - 24.2 LPA) Is it good move to shift to Hyderabad for Deloitte ? Is it ok to ask the HR if my base location can be changed to Bangalore ? Please share your thoughts
