you will be able to improve your knowledge there not just from your department but from different departments too as the work pressure there is usually high. You will also learn to handle work pressure, It will make you mentally strong.They give salaries on time and that is a plus for small scale companies like this.

1. long working hours, yes for 12-13 hours you are expected to work in the company.Be prepared to even come on sunday to work. Seniors not willing to help juniors specially in quality department,they expect you to handle all the problem but they are there to take credits. there will be salary deductions and they will not explain reasons for it.Many people left the job their due to this reason. company lacks safety standards...Read More
