The job is quite interesting! Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session . I learnt everything on the job.

Employees are cooperative with each other and frequent travel throughout the country by various means was a great experience.

The top management always tried to break the unity of the employees by every means even can go to the extent of looking into their personal life too.

Everything. It is not a legal office. It is a political party office where there is only politics. Salary is never on time. Always delayed. Trust me when I am saying as I am an ex employee. They will never issue offer letter or pay slips. Also they lie to their customers in order to suck money out of them. The Marketing head and theAdmin head are the two people who are always into politics and very arrogant. They will like you if you butter them from morning till evening.
