Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

...not a legal office. It is a political party office where there is only politics. Salary is never on time. Always delayed. Trust me when I am saying as I am an ex employee. They will never issue offer letter or pay slips. Also they lie to their customers in order to suck money out of them. The Marketing head and the Admin head are the two people who are always into politics and very arrogant. They will like you if you butter them from morning till evening. Please guys d not waste your career by joining here. If you are already working here leave the company as soon as possible.

Joining to working 7 day no Salary, after if you continue Salary will be next month 10 to 15 days. If you left the organization, then you will not been paid your working days salary.

First of all I would like to mention that this is a perfect company for your self growth and career enhancement. The work load is not immense here as compared to any other companies. I am a lawyer and I started working in Upturn as a fresher. It has been 8 months and I have learnt way too much about legal matters. They are very good in teaching and make you a perfectionist. Their office timing is also very good. Just love working here.
