Nothing! Utterly unprofessional and unorganised. Managers mentally torture their subordinates and demand respect as if it's their birthright. Most people working here are rich brats who like bullying people and ordering around.

It was my worst work experience till date. Office politics and favoritism is the culture here. The favorites ones will keep getting hikes and promotion without doing any work and they do not care a bit about the rest of the employees. The leadership team is only there for their own benefits and do not care a bit about anything else</mark>. The Co-founders will say unrealistic things and will do exact opposite of what they say. They have toxic work culture with zero work life balance. You won't even get to take a day off in peace. The senior leave people does not do a things and will expect everyone to be available and working all the time. They are very unethical also. They do not encash EL of people when they leave and give the excuse that they do not have such a policy. Why do you need a company policy to do anything which is supposed to be done by law??
