Good environment . There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

Some government employees behaviour is bad. There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job.

Working with UPPCl was the great experience.I learn new skills and technology and this make me more confident.

Compensation was not satisfactory and the salary package is not enough.

The staff of the company is very supportive and job security is too much. Work load is up to the normal level. As a result we have many things to learn there and the confidence level also grown up.

Dislikes

The one and only dislike about working here as a private employee is that there is not any chance of growth of career.
