I have the license to keep my professional attitude that helps me earn satisfaction. You get the support that you deserve, and the management understands your potential pretty well. Most important, it gives you the time that is needed to settle down with immense patience.

To be honest, you have to work extra hard for a few things like to visit your client site in a year that could be abroad. But it is not impossible if you have the capability to think out of the box.

Through out my journey of my career till today, I can mark uplers as my most favorite company. Staff is very helping and highly skilled in their domain. A place to learn and I feel a security here.

Constant structural and team changes. No discussion prior to appraisal. No leaves on national holidays and also on most of public holidays. Micro management and interference.
