What i think that likes and dislikes depends upon person to person. So as per my likes 1) Salary on time. 2) free hand work. 3) 8 hours Monday to Friday but that is flexible and 7 hours on Saturday. 4) leave encashment on gross. 5) appraisal on time. 6) if you will perform company will give u decent appraisal

Dislikes

1) 7 hours Saturday work. 2) washroom issue. 3) less scope of learning

It is not a organisation meant for interns or for beginners, not because we have some odd policy but the currently where the organisation requirement states we can't afford to have interns, as all professionals are already unlearning their learning and re- learning business process to principle so collectively it is not fit for interns as all are learners here no coach.
