The team lead thinks and even promotes the culture of shouting at and shaming subordinates to get a higher productivity. Sadly this culture has been picked by many others tenured employees who think that this is the way to go.

The job is some how interesting, I struggled a bit in the beginning aa there was no formal traning session. I learnt mostly on my own. I got a chance to wear multiple hata and that helped me gat a taste of different roles within the same team.

Multiple technologies to learn and work. Cab Facilities for Work from office employees. Compensation is ok if you have negotiated a good one. Since this is a growing company so you can get a chance to grow with it if you have skills.

Dislikes

Some technologies will be on your shoulder even those doesn't match with your profile or they don't have a right resources for those. For example. If you are a System Engineer then you may need to work on UPS, And other DataCenter work. 99% deployment is done by the US team so if you are joining the India team then you will only be responsible for operations

I worked with United Lex 8 months, I always feel that you are not performing as per the business standard. And they raised PIP and after a month they extend 15 days, because There was functionality pending and depends on me, after completion I got fired

Mostly everything. Nothing is good here, that's why employees like me are leaving. From the day of joining everyone starts thinking of leaving this place. Less pay, not good managers, no amenities, they don't give you appraisals. They don't make permanent to employees working more that 3-4 years. They don't even make them senior associate. Nothing is likeable about the company, you will never be promoted or be permanent before 3 years and in 25k salary you will only get 21k in hand out of which there is no work culture, toxic environment.

Nothing, stupid job in incident management. They take on people and make them watch screen for 9 hours even not allowing to piss. Won't credit any money for extra hours worked.

Stupid managers. Managed by this person called Rupesh upadhyay who is abusive and inhumane. Makes team lead and every one to work extra without giving due credit while he does nothing.

They provide cab services to their employees. They don't need productivity from employee, they just want them to sit in front of computer for 9hrs. They don't care about the work you do as far as company policies are being followed.

No sensitivity towards employees. unnecessary restrictions in the name of company policy. they monitor water and other breaks and escalate the same to management if employee exceeds 1 hr of break in 9 hr shift. TL/PM behaviour depends upon gender of an employee (Hi Dhruv).

I worked with ULX for more than 11 yrs and I can proudly say that's it's a best company to work with. Culture is really good. If you are working efficiently then everything will come in your way..

There is no job security. They don't care about employee's mental health. In night shift you can consider yourself as a student of Unitedlex School there are unnecessary policies created by the manager. They don't care about your productivity, quality and efficiency in doing tasks they just layoff employees blindly without any notice.
