Very supportive and friendly management and HR team, you can easily reach to HR or Ops team if you have any slightest issue. Shift timing is fixed but if there is any stretch or over time you get incentive for it. Transportation is provided by the office. Safety of their female employees is their top priority. A guard goes with you in your cab if you are leaving office post 7.30pm. Managers and team leads help you in project if facing any difficulty. New policies practiced by company is a issue If your quality is not above 95% then you won't qualify for incentive after stretch. Too many stretch for some projects. No work life balance. If you say no to stretches it will impact your appraisal.

Lesser salary, Eyes at great risk as continues seeing of screen for at least 9 hrs., Unnecessary stretch.... It is said stretch is optional but reality is they provide you mail where they give you option with time you have to stretch or not., but wait you cannot opt no. As team leads will not let you do so.
