Multiple technologies to learn and work. Cab Facilities for Work from office employees. Compensation is ok if you have negotiated a good one. Since this is a growing company so you can get a chance to grow with it if you have skills.

Dislikes

Some technologies will be on your shoulder even those doesn't match with your profile or they don't have a right resources for those. For example. If you are a System Engineer then you may need to work on UPS, And other DataCenter work. 99% deployment is done by the US team so if you are joining the India team then you will only beresponsible for operations...Read More

Chances to learning something new is probably high. Upper management is so helpful and reachable anytime. Leave policy is also satisfactory.

Some of the colleagues are very helpful, including a few of the Managers. A person who does not wants more challenges in work and similar work profile, Unitedlex is good for them. Freshers are hired as FTH, which is converted on performance basis after 6 months to a permanent role. Work life balance is mostly maintained, unless there is requirement of project to work till late hours. •The projects are of similar kind so with time, learning process slows down, and the same work profile becomes monotonous and non challenging, One can easily lose interest. • Work life balance at times are distributed for a continuation of 3-4 weeks, and again in every 1-1.5 months with late night stay back of the whole team plus weekend working, and the incentive given is very low, though stay back and weekend working are said to be discretionary but the management will not accept “no” without knowing the exact reason for requests. • Salary is very low as per the market and increments are almost negligible. (Upto 10%) • Though some of the Managers are helpful but a few are rude, and sometimes shouts arrogantly on employees some of them have bad communication and leadership skills, and promotion are sometimes done on the basis of favouritism rather than talents. • Some of the TL needs to get training on the project prior to the start of the project. • Micro management is done....Read More

Good work culture. helping nature of the employees. Good pay is there in the initial days. Good training is there for improving soft skills.

Dislikes

Most bad aspect of working, especially in the IP domain is the job security. The company doesn't give sufficient time for learning and growth, but very quickly fires the employees. The time for learning should be given for should be according to the type of work, but the higher management doesn't understand this properly. The communication from the top management is worst. like, some of the employees were directly called and asked to leave without any consent with the employee or any prior notice or warning. everything seems to be fine and suddenly, a call comes, informing that you've to leave the company. This is very poor sign of organizational ethics. The opportunities after coming out of the company are very low. Especially if one is a fresher, it becomes very difficult to switch into other domain like IT or electronics since the work experience is not considered relevant. The type of work in the company is very nische and is very risky to work in such company and work, in India. Also, the growth in the company is not good, even after considerable number of years, the salary doesn't change much. Lot of hard work is expected and least is rewarded. The work is very complicated and there's no proper structure, so that one can learn something relevant by doing some course. At younger level, high level of technical understanding is demanded.
