Unisys is the worst place to work. Their work culture is full of politics and religion based management(Where for example the muslim team leads won't assign work to muslim team members and delegate to others and based on language and regional partiality...... ). 16 -18 months of probation ( before firing so to save cost and avoid increment) extension of probation for taking sick leave on probation. send you mail if login late with 10-11 hour shifts. No increment for 2 years( since you'll be in probation for almost 18 months ) before interview CTC will be 4.2 LPA during interview it changed to 3.8LPA in joining letter it became 3.4LPA. The HRs here are cunning and tricky that they manipulate freshers who don't know the corporate rules etc.. posting anonymously so my job doesn't affect and didn't mention a lot of things that's happened to me and happening with others so they don't trace me out based on the hints. The company had a work-life balance, but now you're supposed to come three days a week.

Micromanagement with no trust. Every 12–13 months, leadership changes with that new process and a new rule book. There is no trust for employees in leadership. There has been no salary hike for the past 3 years. No role code change or promotion Can be terminated anytime, even if you are a top performer.

I don't see any good reason to like this company. This is a typical corporate which makes money off Indians and our unemployment rate.

Stressful work environment, 10-hour workday, You will be forced to come to office even if you can do the job at home, Unable to avail leaves easily even though we deserve them, you will be burdened with work if they realize that you know what you are doing, No salary increments or appraisals for the extra work you are forced to do here. The salary is not worth comparing to the work we do there.
