There is nothing to like about it. They are a messed up organisation with a completely dumb management team.Their tech stack is around 20 years old technologies. There is no growth. The HR team has made sure that employees should feel like they are in a jail. They dont even have a proper cafeteria . Employees have to wash the platesin which they ate food. They were on a hiring spree at NITs and IITs but its time people realise that the company doesn't deserve such great talents. Other messed up rules are -> Phones are not allowed inside office -> You can only stay 1 hour outside the office in an entire day. If you spend any second more , they are gonna deduct your salary -> You can just have one paid leave for each month. To grant that leave you will have to go through the process of meeting around 5-6 HRs. They make sure to ask you why do you want a leave even if you are allowed to have one and show a face of disappointment to you...Read More

Fire the management team and Ravi. Already most of them are trying to leave the company . Its just that stupid bond holding them.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
