Before joining recruiters are : We have good facility of canteen We have 35 leaves for you We have very Frank environment We provide balanced work life for employees After joining There is only room that consider as canteen no outside food package allowed only tiffins and home tins are allowed No medicines are allowed in personal b eg if you are sick No Previliage leave for new joineers. You have to do leave without paid between two different code of leave. One can not combine SL and PL HR person-non technical person can teach you everything in front of regulatory auditor officer in negative manner. Any time they announced for extra hour work in speaker and each one has to follow that....no prior intimation require HR can do anything above all HOd and plant head 🙏 Plant head is behaving like mannequin...only HR person will decide whether you are doing documentation work or analysis or doing nothing.....HR is providing you a pen, or a label, or key chain....there is no printer available with balance machine...it is just like University Colleges... No value for wording of QC head,, qa head department head....only everyone is scared from HR person HR person can also accept your job description -JD without your agreement from your own log in....HR can give you different profile at the time of joining and then they suddenly change and not stick to their own words... Professionally they are the spoiler of analyst's career... If you are sick and send them all the documents of your blood report and sonography...and you were admitted and not capable to call them...they don't call on your emergency numbers (from the form) even though they directly stops employee's salary and abscoding without any type of mail or intimation or call or massage. When you recover from your illness you suddenly become aware that you are job less and you don't get salary too. This is my personal experience. Work culture poor, Data fabrication 100% manual system, Company not upgrading after 2010 Not provided canteen food facilities, Recruiters Telling lies to new joinees for canteen food facilities, leave management, and even for job role, Recruiter spoiling analyst's CV and even their career by telling lies as they will provide good op portunity and then they gave another work after joining. Multiple hidden clause, require HR permission for leave and after having health issue due to personal issue with HR , HR can do straightforward deny to your early going application and HOD playing no role for his/her analyst. Even Job description of analyst also decided by HR person only...in Unison non technical person that means HR team treat all the technical person like their own space and hr thinks that they are owner of the company. In a very very small requirements hr never thought to help their employees but even they always ready to take gross salary payment from the employee. Simple funda is they provide less opportunity...<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">.less learning</mark>....and provide high package....so after sometime analyst become poor in their subjects and ctc package bacome so high that no other company will select them...and they have to do job in this type of profile... There is only loss n loss after doing job at Unison. Company reputation out of company gate is so great but inside company gate is "Andheri nagari"...HR make no difference between HOD& employees....
