Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..

There is clearly nothing to like about in this company. Working here is living hell

This company has some double and unnecessary standards and make employees sign 2 years of bond and if you want to quit before that you’ll have to pay them “6 MONTHS” salary. Work culture is totally toxic and micro managing. Even directors want to gossip. Territory head has no sense of responsibility and TLs are just mere puppets. There is no salary growth and you will never get any appreciation for work. But they are very good at demotivating. Getting here any flexibility is like Dream.
