I like the company HR police and working environment was so good,well motivation speech every week our senior .many people well motivate us ,well focus on our future .

Company is decent,But growth is slow,no any more project in India So future is not secure and no other opportunity Company like as promotion etc.

Generally my work is slightly challenge as, I have to work in toll operation and dealing with road user and properly satisfaction to road user you don;t Exempt as per rule,but its a very difficult to satisfaction to road user,Traffic Controlling etc

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
