Hard working junior to mid level folks. Good range of projects, domains and clients. Met some good folks here doing good work.

Dislikes

Giving 1 star because culture is key and their work culture is very hostile from top-down. Mediocre UX and research practice and visual design given a lot of importance. Double standards around leave by HR. Unprofessional senior designers. Founder very arrogant & dismissive towards junior staff - one need only watch recordings of meetings that happened not long ago to see that. But he tries to cover it up and takes very little accountability. Management and HR take no action on bullying and harassment complaints. Half baked and superficial ideas about DEI and no reflection on harm to culture done by the founder. Extractionist attitude towards knowledge sharing - juniors are expected to educate seniors, not the other way around. Bullying and mobbing women and lgbt employees is accepted. Founder is not respectful of women and staff unless they have 15+ years experience....Read More

The energy and enthusiasm brought by younger interns and designers, despite the poor management and poor leadership, is promising.

Dislikes

The founder Prabuddha Vyas treated me like a non-person.
