My name is Arjun. I was working in Unicorn InfoSolution, Chandigarh location for 7 years. I joined the company on January 15, 2017. I had resigned from company in 6 june 2024. In these 7 years 4 months, the company is no deduct my PF. I was told that the company will not deduct PF. Only few employees were getting the benefit of PF. And I had also asked for gratuity, but the HR Mr. Rahul Upadhyay of the company said that file a legal case but we will not give any gratuity. I also spoke to Head of the service Department Mr. Arun Katoch about what is being done in this company. But Mr.Arun Katoch said that this is the decision of HR department.
