Working Culture of Unichem is horrible. HOD running oragananization on there own way, they make their own rule and pressurise the lower level people to obey that. HR policies are not good, so much restrictions are there. You have to deposit your phone at security gate, not allow to use your phone in campus not even in breaktime. Youare unable to contact outside people. Don't spoil your peace of mind, if you having another opportunity in your hand blindly accept it....Read More

Good Work life balance..only 9 to 6 work. Good for learning new things.All Instruments are available for learning and People are very nice.

Food Quality and Some of HR policies like Early going..late working require lot of permissions

Unichem is a good name in Pharmaceuticals world. Like every other Indian company, work pressure is there but which is a good thing according to me. One can learn and grow. Lots of learning opportunities.

Company transport could have been added as facilty, as city traffic is bad.

I like the learning culture of unichem labs because there is huge opportunity to learn the things you never know about it like sophisticated instruments and troubleshooting of that instruments and many more things about conventional development of drugs and formulations
