Working Culture of Unichem is horrible. HOD running oragananization on there own way, they make their own rule and pressurise the lower level people to obey that. HR policies are not good, so much restrictions are there. You have to deposit your phone at security gate, not allow to use your phone in campus not even in breaktime. I like the learning culture of unichem labs because there is huge opportunity to learn the things you never know about it like sophisticated instruments and troubleshooting of that instruments and many more things about conventional development of drugs and formulations
