Working Culture of Unichem is horrible. HOD running oragananization on there own way, they make their own rule and pressurise the lower level people to obey that. HR policies are not good, so much restrictions are there. You have to deposit your phone at security gate, not allow to use your phone in campus not even in breaktime. Good Work life balance..only 9 to 6 work. Good for learning new things.All Instruments are available for learning and People are very nice.

Unichem is a good name in Pharmaceuticals world. Like every other Indian company, work pressure is there but which is a good thing according to me. One can learn and grow. Lots of learning opportunities.
