With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Being my first ever job in IT that too in HR designation, I had no idea what to expect for. But upon joining here, I was so happy of the fact that the seniors of mine, technically the "boss", they were so supportive and caring. For any issues I faced, I had Mr. Subir Borai the founder of the company has had guided and helped me. From the security officer to the top, I received no negative attitude ever! I am thankfull for this experience I had working their. One thing I loved the most, was even if you are an employee, if you want to go for higer studies or need career guidance, they help and guide.
