Being my first ever job in IT that too in HR designation, I had no idea what to expect for. But upon joining here, I was so happy of the fact that the seniors of mine, technically the "boss", they were so supportive and caring. For any issues I faced, I had Mr. Subir Borai the founder of the company has had guided and helped me. From the security officer to the top, I received no negative attitude ever! I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
