My suggestion please don't join this Lala type firm. You destroy your future and time. Benefits details:- Appointment Letter - No PF & ESI - No (if he give you than he deduct firm PF part also in your salary ). Salary Increment - No (If you tell your increment to owner and managementthan he give you terminate without notice). Job Security - No Owner and management use abuse language to employees. Some company projects terminate his services to give poor services,bad behaviour with management and told to employees for strike in sites....Read More
