... because owner is behave like a Lala 🤣. One thing is good in this Lala firm If you are not a beggar than u join this firm because your salary not give you. If u want to your Salary than u call again & again to management or lala type owner than he release your Salary. It means you are not a employees you are beggar.

.... You destroy your future and time. Benefits details:- Appointment Letter - No PF & ESI - No (if he give you than he deduct firm PF part also in your salary ). Salary Increment - No (If you tell your increment to owner and management than he give you terminate without notice). Job Security - No Owner and management use abuse language to employees. Some company projects terminate his services to give poor services,bad behaviour with management and told to employees for strike in sites.

Salary not on time every month employee has to follow accountant for salary on regular calls of employees they start ignoring employees pathetic management

Bad experience with this company.Nothing is like in this company. No management,No job security,No policies,No offer or no joining letter. Owner - Licchar Insaan, PF & ESI Thief,Use Bad language with employees,liar person, employee slander behind the back, fattu. HR Manager- No degree,Zero knowledge, Zero experience,Only Buttering. Area Manager- zero experience but he show he is knowledgeable person in this company but owner favorite, boss buttering he knows very well. Operation Manager - only buttering vo b Amul wala Important Like:- if you are owner heartily favorite than your salary increment,Appraisal immediate. Favorite Employee Benefit:- if it is of their own fault/mistake,then owner/HR will terminate it by putting the mistake on others employees these employees is great and hardworking only buttering he knows very well boss habit. everything is good
