I have worked for 3 months in this company and company gave me only 2 month stipend and blocked from work place. Please don't waste time in this company worst company ever. This is a fraud company, i worked for 3 months and i haven't get my last month salary from this company. They hire innocent interns from and do this shame thing with them.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
