Flexibility to work from anywhere. Pre COVID times allowed lots of travel opportunities. Daniel as CEO is as amazing as a CEO can humanly get. The compensation was easily the best in class. Working on market leading products meant that you were at the centre of innovations

With a sudden influx of CXOs in a bid to go public saw a lot of negative energy coming into the company where those leaders proved to be greedy nincompoops who just wanted to milk the company off its cash. The company culture literally took a nose dive with zero Experience to Responsibilities match leading to entire functions get into chaos. People who just wanted to innovate and worked were either booted out to shoved into environments that would force them to leave the company. The only one thing that I dislike working at Uipath is the department I work for because of the team member like to pretend that only that person had done all the work when I raise my concern seem like its useless I wish I could put more details better not because it wont help me at all. Six month I work I got terrible experience should have listen to the person who left when I join.

Huge politics and favoritism by managers to their lovely a** lickers. Highest in attrition and management incapable in taking decisions. Foolish management in APAC specially. No work culture , no office culture. No one is there to take appropriate decision. Pathetic decision to join uipath. No work policy even at HR end. HUGE SALARY DISPARITY DUE TO FAVORITISM BY MANAGERS.
