I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Terrible work culture, just focused of sales of license. Promotion is very slow, and they will put pressure on you for learning new things every week along with your project, 40% of you performance is based on what extra you do other than project. Don't join just its a brand name, work culture matters.
