Best appraisal in MNC, best leave policies, proper work balance, no one can force to extend your shift, not a single employe fired due to performance either in covid or after covid, best HR policies for female candidates in industries, supportive team, management and everyone is recognized for their performance.

The work life balance is amazing. You are never asked to work beyond the usual 9hrs shift. The holidays are not cancelled much, although this varies from group to group, depends much on the manager and work load. There is a sense of freedom in their work culture which is amazing. They have brilliant heath insurance set up for employees.

Dislikes

Salary structure is such that you are somewhat underpaid. Some policies are not very employee friendly. There is less emotional connect. Some project are high revenue generating but working on those does not add up to your resume

Only good thing is job security, because the tool they are using is not available outside. So it is very very rare to get experienced resouce out side. That is the reaosn they can not lay off people so it looks like job secured...

Very worst management.. No power to HR team. If we reach to HR team for any issue they will call manager and ask for openion. 0%work life balance. If we need good hike 1) We need to work around 13 hrs per day and need to work almost 2 to 3 weekends in month 2) Per day 7.5 hours billing is must. 3) Manager may call u and ask u to work for one or 2 hours even in planned leaves. 4) If we take leave then we should work on that weekend. it is unwritten thumb rule Leaves are not so easy to take. If we work for holiday then they will give restday for that but that is on managers choice.. If no work then they force u to take leave on that day. Otherwise there wont be any rest day at all. If we Bill lesss than 6 hours then that day will be marked as leave.(5.45 hrs billing also leave only) For me it happend for twice. One day PowerShout down in my place i informed to team. My TL ask me to work with laptop battety backup untill it runs. I worked almost 5 hrs then laptop batry drained. Finally that day was marked as leave for me....Read More
