The only positives of working with Udayan Care was in knowing you were a direct contributor to change. It enables one to help those in real need.

Dislikes

The management is dis-respective to everyone underneath them. Those in power love to exaggerate the fact that they are indeed in power. No financially or professional growth opportunities are provided.

Initial year learnings, there is job security but work culture is terrible overall company policies are good.Though pay is less but one can get other benefits like easy leave, direct approach to management .

A lot of work pressure. Management take their employees for granted and do not respect once they leave. The salary benchmarking is also very poor in comparison to market standard or those who are working in the organization since years.

I liked the salary and holidays and work life balance could be maintained.

I did not like the IT program of Udayan care as there was no capacity building training of the staffs, lots of biasness, no professionalism among the staff
