I appreciated the learning that happened in the organisation especially in the children's home. I think working with Udayan Care at the beginning of a career can prove to be fruitful for both professional and personal growth because of the new things that happened

Dislikes

It is very difficult to keep a balance at work if you already have a lot to deal with otherwise. Every day brings in different problem situations which can drain a person if not given proper guidance from the seniors. Also, the salary is poor and appraisals are sloppy.

Good exposure for those who are initially starting their career and are willing to passionately work for CNCP children and aftercare youth

Dislikes

A lot of work pressure. Management take their employees for granted and do not respect once they leave. The salary benchmarking is also very poor in comparison to market standard or those who are working in the organization since years.

I liked the salary and holidays and work life balance could be maintained.

Dislikes

I did not like the IT program of Udayan care as there was no capacity building training of the staffs, lots of biasness, no professionalism among the staff
