I liked the salary and holidays and work life balance could be maintained.

I did not like the IT program of Udayan care as there was no capacity building training of the staffs, lots of biasness, no professionalism among the staff

Likes

NGO working is quite different from MNC. I just like the idea you can innovate your ideas to teach and deliver. You get the salaries on time.

Dislikes

There are lot of things I didn't like- The management is not good. Everyone is trying their own line of control. No training is provided even they promise at the time of hiring. Compensation is very low they think they can suck the blood out of people. Also holidays are not given. You have to work for 7 hours continuously and you have to anything or everything if you are working at a center.

In the beginning it was exciting when I was trying my own ideas then I became direction less as I didn't have any support or trainer or senior who could guide me in this. It was all messy and demotivating.
