I am glad to with ICA that working , such a wonderful experience my with company, these are company so supportive, and i all work is done in this platform , i have 5 years work experience with ICA edu skill as a English and soft skill trainer . i never suffering any problem with ICA form 5 years.

. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality services. As a result, I too learn so many new things .Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.I love ICA.

Dislikes

I do multitask here but as per my work , talent , hardwork and distance of my office from my house ...wages are low .I got only 10,000 per month in which 3000 are spents into fare .I got only 7000 which is quite low .I request ICA to increase my salary upto 18000 minimum.

I have experienced a really good environment working over there, but after my resignation they did not provide me the exact experience letter that I wanted,they have utilised all the skills that I had ,but did not pay any extra as per the conditions. Not a single response I have received after several times request for the accurate experience certificate. It is very no satisfying show by then.

They did not provide me the exact experience certificate that I was teaching over there..and still they didn't response a single mail of mine after several requests...very non cooperative behaviour by the employer after resignation.

The teammates were good. The telephonic interviewers need to improve courtesy and politeness towards the interviewee. Too much of unnecessary documentation work is given to visiting faculty. Overall a very poor institute. Salary is too low.

Dislikes

There are no marker-dusters available in the class. too much of importance is given to students feedback instead of their growth and development. Center head is hesitant to any change and disgraceful.
