What didn’t I enjoy about Hiveloop Technologies? Oh, just the inspiring pay structure, where senior leadership pocketed astronomical salaries and ESOPs, sometimes over 2 crores a year, while the rest of us got the privilege of ‘character-building’ compensation. It’s always motivating to see that only those at the top truly reap the rewards—it really made us all feel like one big, happy team!

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are support there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is bound of 2 years before wich you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled ab it in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple harts and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over.
