The workforce here put forth all its energy in totality for achievement of a task allotted . The salary is comparable with any public sector bank of India. The annual appraisal is observed throughout the year and marks are given accordingly. The job is not travel oriented except a regular local visits related to appraisal of advanceand that of recovery.
