Majority of people from all department do exactly opposite to what they say during interview. It's 1 or 2 among 10 are complaint otherwise rest enjoy the power and run the respective departments as per thier will.

1.People not having right experience or skills given high posts. 2. You cannot openly put your perspective, if you try to these incompetent people start targetting you. 3. Business/PO has no say in appraising people it is entirely depends on your manager. Even if you perform very well your manager can screw your appraisal. They makesure other team members provide negative feedback to you. 4. People close to manager don't have to come to office but others if take one sick leave manager asks questions. Even they point out at your planned leaves if there is release. 5. If your English is fluent you don't need any other skill. 6. Designations are not aligned with industry 7. Still in initial phase of agile adoption people are having waterfall mindset they don't understand agile. 8. Some projects are vendor driven 9. If people notice you have more skills and performing well they see that as a threat to their role and starts targetting you. They even take credit of your work. 10. Credit Suisse was the best company to work for. After its acquisition by UBS, there has been issues with closure of existing profiles and searching for new roles. But UBS has so far not fired anyone from India , they have tried to mostly absorb for some or other roles.
