The inclusive culture of UBS is just too good to be true, I've been part of a team where I'm the one and only female employee, and I've never felt suppressed due to my gender (or even age) by my teammates. UBS as a whole also encourages its employees to learn and implement a lot of things/ideas. The leave policies and hybrid work culture are like icing on the cake !...Read More

Hikes/promotions are way too slow at UBS compared to other IBs, but due to all the other benefits, people at UBS do not wish to leave the organisation immediately.
