i want to share my best experience in a startup like UAI Autoworks (Car Mechanics)were i am working from past 5months with full dedication and i almost achieve my target and receive my full salary. For the first 1-2 months i was not able to achieve my target given by the company due the leads given by them but them i worked on my own leads also side by side and got my work done. i was still paid the full salary inspite of not achieving my full target for first few months also. my manager Abhishek is very supportive and helped me a lot. People come here thinking that its a startup and they will get full salary without any work in first two months but guys its not so this is the company where i have worked and got my full salary even after not getting my target completed but working here is mandatory on 0 sales expecting salary is not possible at all....Read More

i have heard alot about this company that they are scam and all but still i joined this organization and i am working here from past 1.5 months as a HR Executive. The candidates hired by me are also performing well and they are getting their probation pay instantly upon clearing their probation. Probation period is a bit tough but i closed it by my own leads and got my appointment letter furst month was a bit tough to survive in this organization but slowly slowly i got to know thw strategy of how to close sales and started working accordingly. I am really glad to work at uai autoworks. Firstky i was told to clear my probation but it was not being done by leads then i used my reference and closed the sale.i got my appointment letter and i started working. Company is fraud.They are not giving salary to any employee.after giving their best they are just planning and blaming to employees and at the end saying that you didnt worked so how they can give salary.
