Company gives false commitments to new joinee related to salary and doest deliver on the same, also company has no professionalism they just ask anyone to just resign or they will terminate their employment, most unethical company to work in. They force employee to sign a long term bond in the name of giving desired appraisals.

There are immense learning opportunities in this company. I have seen this company grow from a small team of 20 people to a mid-size corporate with around 200+ employees. I witnessed huge growth in my knowledge and I went up the ladder pretty quick since the managers are cooperative and I got the due credit for my work.

Dislikes

The work demands flexible work hours since they have US based customers so all the projects work 24X7, which sometimes get difficult to manage because of my health issues. If you are comfortable working in flexible working hours with 24X7 shifts then it shouldn't be a problem for you.

Work Details

Work policy: Based on the requirement of the project and availability of shadow resources. For Trainings employees need to come to office, otherwise the work is managed easily even from home.

U&D Square gives technical trainings and communication trainings regularly. I like the fact that company is very flexible in terms of WorkLife balance. I am really grateful and thankful to Rahul Kelkar the Head of Service Delivery for his personal guidance and help at various stages in my career and otherwise. At some time, the work is very intense. The office interior now needs a change :) Pickup and drop facility not provided. It takes time to get answers from HR team, they are bit casual.
