One of the best company to work and I had so much to learn from the management the clients. This company has enabled me to explore the possibilities of pushing my skillset to the most and attaining new heights in my career.

We barely go to office since its mostly work from home. There has been some revamp in their infra.

Company gives false commitments to new joinee related to salary and doest deliver on the same, also company has no professionalism they just ask anyone to just resign or they will terminate their employment, most unethical company to work in. They force employee to sign a long term bond in the name of giving desired appraisals.

No job security they make people use and throw. If you had the best technical knowledge they don't care but you are chatu of a boss then you will secure job. and make false promises to make confirmation within 3 Months. Don't join if you want to secure your future.

It is a great company to start your career. There are training programs designed specifically for freshers which are targeted to making them learn the industry standards and working culture. It starts with a stipend but get you great growth over the time as you learn based on your potential. The company has immense opportunities based on how quickly you want to get up the ladder.

Dislikes

Initially during the trainings it was all classroom trainings so I had to go to office but now with experience and since I gained certifications quickly and have reached Senior position, so I have the flexibility of WFH mostly.

I have got the great growth with jumps in better technologies and getting chance to work on Cloud Infrastructure because of the support from my manager.
