The organisation is unstable. They depend on China manufacturing product. The company is unreliable. During the covid-19 lockdown they can't even survive for a single day. They lay-off around 10 employees from organization when lock down extended after April month.

Dislikes

No working culture. Internal politics between the department. Salary is not on TIME. No ESI + PF benifits, bonus etc. Fake promise on increment and appraisal.
