Complete lack of experience communication or professionalism. 13 years in Software development, I've never had a worse experience. Leadership behaves like an insecure child, has zero ability to communicate, and will get angry when there own lack of experience is shown.

I am with Tychons for 3+ Years. I started my carrier as QA. The management found my skillset helped me to update my skills and promoted me as Project coordinator. The company gives more opportunities to freshers and trains them with advanced programs in the industry.
