Complete lack of experience communication or professionalism. 13 years in Software development, I've never had a worse experience. Leadership behaves like an insecure child, has zero ability to communicate, and will get angry when there own lack of experience is shown.

Very nice and friendly environment. You can learn lot of things and get to know more about the technology. Everyone in the company is very much supportive. Senior devs are reacheable and very kind to interact. The management encourages the employees and boosts them to work. This is the go to location for freshers. This is a great place for both tech knowledge and professional ethics.

I am with Tychons for 3+ Years. I started my carrier as QA. The management found my skillset helped me to update my skills and promoted me as Project coordinator. The company gives more opportunities to freshers and trains them with advanced programs in the industry.
