The company is great to work at and with excellent work culture but they have shifted their focus from growth to profitability and has had 2 major lay offs in around 6 months. Job security is the major issue now.

Though majority of their work force is in india currently. US teams have more opportunity to grow and their opinion gets prioritized over indian's ones.
